i'm new to weight loss and i need to be determined to do this no matter what.
starting off trying to remain under 500 cals a day, until i can start working out.
I work at a breakfast resturaunt and this is going to be extremely difficult for me.

no prob. i’m sure if i have a bad day someone here would cheer me up too. :)
I always eat breakfast. It gives you energy for the day and keeps you from binging later. Intake: 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt 93 cals 1/3 cup honey granola 110 cals Green tea with sugar in the raw packet 20 cals. 1 serving fresh fruit I never count fruits or veggies as calories Total intake 123 cals. And I feel full.
Also if you have an iPhone there are apps you can download where you scan the food you eat and it will keep track of your calories. It’s really nice when I’m unsure of what something is.
